Processing Plant (Unit I):-

The constructed area of the plant is 24,000sq ft equipped with latest machinery. Machinery includes the following:-

• Latest Shrimp Washing Machine/ Filth Cleaning Machine (3tonnes/ hour)
• Completely Air conditioned Processing Factory
• Imported shrimp grading/Sizing machine 2 Ton capacity per hour.
• Glory Raw I.Q.F. line with 15 tonnes per day capacity and another 500kg per hour Indegenous that can produce around 12 tons per day
• Three contact plate freezers (60 minutes freezing) with 15tonnes per day
• Marel make cooker with 1000kg per hour capacity.
• Ishida Japan multihead weigher with check weigher and Metal detector .
• Water Chiller of total 25000ltrs per hour capacity 
• Completely Automatic Carton taping machine
• Four individual cold stores with total handling capacity of 600 tons
• Flake ice machines capacity of 15 tons and Tube Ice of 80 tons per day capacity
• Automated Crate Washing Machine ( 400 crates/ hour)

Processing Plant (Unit II):-

The constructed area of the plant is 50,000sq ft equipped with latest machinery. Machinery includes the following:-

• Latest Shrimp Washing Machine & Filth Cleaning Machine (3tonnes/ hour)
• Completely Air conditioned Processing Factory 
• LAITRAM make visual shrimp grading 2 Ton capacity per hour and one number roller grading machine 2 tons/hr
• Water Chiller of total 22000ltrs per hour capacity 
• Two nos Glory Raw I.Q.F. line with total 1.7 tonnes per hour capacity
• Three contact plate freezers (60 minutes freezing) with 15tonnes per day
• Ishida Japan multihead weigher with check weigher and Metal detector .
• Completely Automatic Carton taping machine
• Mezzanine cold stores with total capacity of 1300 tons .
•  New 2000 pallet cold store that can accommodate 1500 tons
• Two flake ice machines capacity of with 40 tons 
• Automated Crate Washing Machine ( 400 crates/ hour)
• 40 numbers raw material insulated vehicles and six 40feet trailers for shipment.

The company Lab is completely equipped with imported machinery for testing microbiology and anti-biotic in the raw material and finished product to ensure quality in the international markets. We have 2 nos Chemwell Elisa testing machinery and also 3m petri film plates for microbiology testing.
